About Lt. Scott Ebbert:
Scott Ebbert has over 20 years in the fire service and is currently a LT assigned to Baltimore Co Fire Dept’s Truck 8. His career assignments include busy engine and truck co.’s and time in the BCoFD Fire Investigation Division.
Scott has assisted with developing & teaching various training programs and has testified as an expert witness in both criminal and civil cases. Scott also works as a Fire Investigator.
