The best!!! Chief V was recently at my department given his Step Up and Lead siminar. I highly recommend that every person in the rank and file or management position read Step Up and Lead or go to his siminar. Thanks again Chief! You made a positive impact on everyone to include those who have been restive within our organization. Hope to see Chief V in Italy/Euorpe providing Step Up and Lead.
